Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard shipping normally takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping, when available, normally takes 2–3 business days after processing.

International shipping, when available, normally takes 7–21 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships, when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or peak seasons.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees charged by their country.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos if applicable.
